Anneliese Louise van der Pol is an American actress and performer of Dutch heritage and is the daughter of a Dutch native. She is well-known for her theatre work and her role in the role of Chelsea Daniels on the Disney Channel show That's So Raven and its sequel Raven's Home. The song A Change in Me the well-known track from Belle van der Poli's Broadway musical soundtrack was recorded by her due to the role she played as Belle van der Pol.
